***IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION*** (Attached is your 2010 RV Signup Form, click the link to download RV Form) Last years paved Vendor Lot is now the VIP RV Parking Lot. That’s right, we have a paved lot for RV’s now with no dirt! This lot is located only hundreds of feet from your entrance to the show and will feature it's own separate entry way. This lot is $400 and includes electrical hookups. There are only 150 of these so get yours before they’re gone!
• VIP RV LOT w/ 50 amp hookups: $400 for the weekend
• Outside RV Lot No Hookups: $149 for the weekend (Fri - Mon)
• Outside RV Lot w/ 50 amp Electric Hookups: $300
• Tent Camping available for $50 per spot (Call to reserve yours! (951) 656-0862)
RV’s will be admitted to the venue on Friday at 7 AM for early load-in
All RV Spots purchased require a weekend ticket to the event. No one is allowed in the RV Lots without a weekend admission ticket and an RV Wristband to the Wagon Wheel Festival RV Lot Area.
Wristbands for RV Lot can be purchased for $25 on the day of the event at the entrance to the RV Lot Area. 4 Wristbands are included with each RV spot reserved. Each wristband must be accompanied by your Wagon Wheel Festival admission ticket for admittance into the RV Lot.
WAGON WHEEL COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL - RV PARK RULES
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our campers and their guests, we ask that you follow the rules outlined below.
Check out time is Monday, November 15, 2010, by 12:00 Noon.
Please make sure your campsite area is clean and free of pet waste and debris before you leave.
RV spots are first come first serve. Please pull into the spot you have been assigned and contain your RV, tow vehicle, personal items, and miscellaneous camping gear within your site. Do not encroach on others’ space.
Wagon Wheel is not responsible for your vehicles or personal items. Please secure your vehicle and personal items before leaving the park area.
There is NO hookups available, with the exception of electric which MUST be purchased in advance with your RV pass.
All RV vehicles must be fully self-contained with sewer, water and electric and must possess valid DMV registrations. All RV’s must be in good working order and in good condition, free of fluid leaks. No fluids shall be discharged onto the ground. If leaks are noticed, please make sure you have something on the ground to keep fluids from entering the soil.
Sewer and sink wastewater connections are to be airtight and all RV’s must have proper connectors on sewer hoses. Absolutely no sewer and/or sink wastewater may be discharged onto the ground. Pumping will be available Saturday and Sunday. You must locate the pump truck on site and arrange for and pay for pumping services directly.
Children are to be supervised at all times and are not allowed to wander. Children are not allowed to play in the street or unsupervised around other vehicles. Children are not allowed to ride bikes, skateboards, skates, or motorized scooters, quads, or any type of motorized wheeled vehicle in the RV park on surrounding areas.
Dogs must be leashed and supervised at all times. Only quiet indoor pets are allowed and are to be safely contained inside the vehicle when you are away from the site. Pets are to be walked/exercised off the grounds. Pet waste must be picked up and discarded in the appropriate trash receptacle.
No open fires.
Guests must have appropriate credentials, weekend tickets and wristband is required for entrance into the RV area at all times. Any guest not displaying the appropriate credential will be asked to leave. Credentials will not be replaced.
No excessive noise or parties. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Radios, television sets, musical instruments and other noise producing devices are not to be operated in such a manner and at such times so as not to disturb others.
Heavy repairs on vehicles, including changing oil or other fluids or washing vehicles or RV’s is not allowed.
Guests must park in the general parking lot area. One tow vehicle per RV with paid tow credential.
All garbage is to be wrapped in plastic bags and disposed of in trash receptacles or removed from the site.
FIREWORKS, FIREARMS, SLINGSHOTS, BB GUNS, OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Restroom facility is available for RV campers only.
Fire, emergency, and medical staff are on site for the event. Please report any concerns to the appropriate staff or to the Information Booth inside the event.
There is NO ADVERTISING or SELLING of any product or services in, on or around your RV or vehicle. If you are advertising or selling any product or services you will be asked to stop, remove all product and or material or asked to leave the event
Remember you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests.
