I haven't put the music on yet, but I was just commenting last night how much in the Christmas spirit I'm in already. Last year it was Christmas day and it still never even hit me. This year I'm full of Christmas cheer!

I am just getting in the Thanksgiving mood. Last year it didn't really matter, but this year I'm totally ready. I'm cooking dinner at my house (something I haven't done in over 6 years) and having family over. Life is good right now. I think I will be putting up my Christmas tree next week already.

I've been listening to Christmas tunes for a few weeks already. If you want some country Christmas check this out: accuradio.com/player/slipstream/accuholidays/347/Black Friday rocks. It's like a holiday fro me every year. So much fun! Especially this year, I'm in the market for a new 60"+ TV.

Do research at www.slickdeals.net/blackfriday too! Also, if you're buying clothes, today on Groupon you can get a $50 gift card for $25 to Nordstrom Rack. But the site is getting slammed thanks to the deal and a plug from Oprah today. Here's the link www.groupon.com/r/uu1542202

Christmas has always been my favorite. Lots of decorating. I do wait until after my son Peter's bday on Dec 8. I need to sneak into the old house and get the rest of my xmas stuff. Silly me did not bring it all just a few boxes. Left all the little lighted houses and village stuff. Time to go ninja. SShhh you read nothing.

I like going by myself at my own pace. I looked yesterday and they hadn't released any ad info yet though. I did talk to the manager at Best Buy and YAY, Wii will be on sale that day. That's Ty's big present!

Black Friday is the day I plan to stay inside. I'm not a shopper even when it's not busy, so trying to shop with the crazy crowd, is just NOT my cup of tea. Have fun you bunch of looneys! Just kidding.

I looked yesterday and they hadn't released any ad info yet though. I did talk to the manager at Best Buy and YAY, Wii will be on sale that day. That's Ty's big present! TONS of BF ads are available online. In fact, there are very few stores left whose BF ads you can't see online right now at the BF ad sites. (not at the store website) As for the Wii... It's on sale for $169 as a door buster at Best Buy. Usually to get a door buster at BB you have to eat dinner and go right to Best Buy & wait in line all night. Your price after tax is $187. You can get a Wii any day of the week for $199 shipped from Amazon. Saving $13 isn't worth it to get a door buster. DB deals are only worth the effort if you're saving a few hundred bucks on a TV, computer, camera, etc. My .02 And I'm with Rachel, I *HATE* shopping in stores. For anything! 90% of my shopping is done online. But not on BF, that is a blast for me

I used to go BF shopping with a couple coworkers, but my gym has been having BF workouts that I've been going to lately, thus not shopping.
I rarely am in the market for "large" items like TVs, etc. so I just end up buying a few small things for myself. Usually a few articles of clothing and a couple cheap DVDs. I'm over it now. I do shop around for online deals though.
